The Atlas Young Sprouts Salad is full of earthy greens like sunflower sprouts, pea shoots, and radish sprouts, all topped with a house-made buttermilk and ricotta dressing. Then, move onto the main course, where you can try one of our Atlas Steak cuts. The Black Angus Filet pairs perfectly with the garlic braised kale, fondant potatoes, and oyster mushrooms. Finally, treat your birthday guest to a rich dessert made by our talented pastry chef, Christian Castillo. His Chocolate Sponge Cake with vanilla caramel, chocolate coffee ice cream, and a coffee-whipped ganache is the best way to end any birthday meal.
