RECENT Collaborations
On October 5, 2024, Chef Freddy Money and renowned Chef Thomas Allan of The Modern, a prestigious two-star Michelin restaurant in New York, joined together for an extraordinary culinary collaboration. Together, these talented chefs crafted an exclusive 8-course tasting menu, complete with snacks and petit fours, showcasing their combined passion and expertise. This special event was presented in partnership with Kaviari Caviar and Champagne house Billecart-Salmon. Our sommelier team offered expertly selected wine pairings, including a variety of Billecart-Salmon Champagnes. Guests were invited to partake in this gastronomic journey, where two visionary chefs united for a one-night-only event at Atlas.
Chef Ryan Ratino, from the 2-Michelin-starred Ômo by Jônt in Winter Park, Florida, and the 1-Michelin-starred Bresca in Ft. Lauderdale, joined Chef Freddy Money on July 15 & 16, 2024, for a vibrant culinary adventure exploring the unparalleled potential of flowers. Each year, The House of Krug selects a single ingredient to honor its savoir-faire and dedication to craftsmanship. This 8-course tasting menu, starting with a glass of Krug Champagne, celebrated the delicate elegance and exquisite diversity of the 10th annual single ingredient: the flower.
Chef Michael Elégbèdé of ÌTÀN T.K in Ikoyi, Lagos, joined the Atlas team from July 19-22, 2023 for a truly memorable collaboration with Chef Freddy Money. The 8-course tasting menu showcased ingredients, flavors, and techniques that beautifully reflected West African culture.
Chef Michael is an award-winning, third-generation chef who has revolutionized traditional Nigerian gastronomy through his philosophy of celebrating indigenous food traditions and ingredients. He opened his test kitchen, ÌTÀN T.K, to the public in early 2020. In 2022, ÌTÀN was listed as one of the best places to eat in the world by La Liste, and Chef Elégbèdé was honored with a World's 50 Best Next award for his contributions to Nigerian gastronomy.

Michelin Star Guest Chef Nicolai Tram brought his culinary talents from Sweden, for an epic collaboration with Chef Freddy Money, November 16-19. The menu offered a taste of the forests of Sweden, each course highlighting the freshest ingredients from the natural surroundings.
Saturday, November 19th, Chef Freddy and Chef Nicolai took guests on a culinary adventure in the woods with the first ATLAS Away, an exciting culinary adventure that recreates the Atlas experience in unexpected locations both near and far.
Two Michelin Star Chef Kirk Westaway joined Atlas October 5-8th, for a special collaboration with Chef Freddy Money. Two of Britain's finest, Chef Freddy and Chef Kirk curated the tasting menu to reflect the global reach British cuisine has to offer. Each course bringing a sense of home to the plate.
World-renowned and Michelin Star Chef Gunter Seeger joined forces with Chef Freddy Money, September 12-13, for an iconic culinary crossover. The magical 7-course tasting menu reflected the passion and talent of both chefs.
Chef Freddy Money made his way to California, July 22-24, to participate in the Global Cuisine Series put on by The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Returning after a two-year hiatus, the series was kicked off with a guest chef appearance by Chef Freddy who collaborated alongside Executive Chef Roberto Riveros and Chef de Cuisine Francisco Simon at Navio restaurant.
Our third installment featured Two Michelin Star Chef Paul Liebrandt, who joined Atlas for five nights of collaboration in both February and October 2021, creating an exceptional 8-course tasting menu experience.
Chef Mathew Peters, 2017 Bocuse d’Or Winner, joined Atlas for the return of our Four Hands Collaboration Series in September 2021.
Two Star Michelin Star Guest Chef Alex Dilling, formerly of The Greenhouse at The Mayfield in London, brought his passion and artistry to the Atlas kitchen in November 2020 to curate an exclusive tasting menu experience over eight evenings.
Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, a three Michelin Star Chef from the Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, was the first installment of the dinner series in January 2019. He brought his talents from London, and curated a remarkable tasting menu experience influenced by his contemporary French cuisine.
