Founder of the internationally recognized Elcielo Hospitality Group, Barrientos is renowned for his immersive, sensory-driven interpretation of Colombian cuisine, earning MICHELIN stars for both Elcielo Miami and Elcielo Washington, D.C. As fellow members of the prestigious Krug Ambassades, Chefs Barrientos and Money come together to present a multi-course tasting menu inspired by creativity, craftsmanship, and a shared spirit of innovation.
